Have you heard of this miraculous novena?
It's often called the Saint Andrew Novena, not because it is related to this great saint, but because it is begun on his feast day at the very start of Advent, and continues every day until Christmas.
How do you pray it?
You simply pray this short prayer 15 times every day, from St. Andrew's Day until Christmas.
It's an odd "novena," having nothing to do with nine days OR the saint it's named after! But it's a beautiful and effective way to keep preparing our hearts for the coming of our Savior.
It interrupts our daily fussing and forces us into a strange rhythm -- a repetitive, anticipatory rhythm -- so that we can derail our fixation on the day's anxieties and give it back to God, even just for a moment.

SAINT ANDREW CHRISTMAS NOVENA
Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born Of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold. In that hour vouchsafe, I beseech Thee, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and of His blessed Mother.
