"Marian Martha" is not so much a "who" as a "what" -- and it's you. It's me. It is what we strive to be as women seeking after Christ in the midst of the lives and vocations He calls us to. It's a name for women who have been called to serve and work in this world, but whose hearts long to sit, listening, loving, at Christ's feet.

A "Marian Martha" is every woman who strives to serve the Body of Christ, as Martha did, but with a Marian heart. She longs to order her busy days into a faithful rhythm founded on the peace of deep trust in God's providence for her and her loved ones. She's a laywoman, a consecrated woman, a mother, a Sister, a single woman, a wife, a widow.

She is all of us. And the discussions and products on these pages are intended to help give her -- to give you and me -- the focus, the tools, and the community we need to live and love and thrive in this wild, overwhelming, beautiful world He's given us.
